01

Booking & Estimates

Booking, forms, and next steps.

No. The form is a booking request. Fresh Finish will review the details and follow up to confirm the scope, price, availability, and schedule before the appointment is final.
No. The instant estimate gives a rough starting range. Final pricing can change based on condition, size, add-ons, pets, travel, access, and the time needed.
The goal is to respond as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours. Response time may vary based on request volume and how much detail was submitted.
You can submit another request or mention the missing detail when Fresh Finish follows up. Important details include pets, add-ons, heavy buildup, access notes, and priority areas.

Pricing & Quotes

What affects cleaning prices?

Pricing depends on home size, bathrooms, condition, clutter, pets, add-ons, cleaning type, frequency, access, and how much labor time is needed.
Deep cleaning usually requires more detail, more time, and more buildup attention. It is often best for first-time clients, reset cleans, or homes that have not been professionally cleaned in a while.
Recurring cleaning can have a better per-visit value because the home is maintained more consistently. The first clean may still cost more if the home needs a reset before maintenance begins.
Large homes vary widely. A large home with light upkeep may not require the same detail as a smaller home with heavy buildup, but it still needs enough labor time to clean properly.
Usually no. Add-ons like inside fridge, inside oven, interior cabinets, baseboards, interior windows, and laundry help add labor and are priced separately.

Services

Choosing the right cleaning.

Standard cleaning is best for homes that are already maintained and need routine upkeep, visible surface cleaning, bathrooms, kitchen refresh, floors, and general dusting.
Deep cleaning is best for first-time cleans, homes with buildup, reset cleans, and situations where standard cleaning would not be enough.
Move-in/move-out cleaning is best for empty homes, rental turnovers, listing prep, move-outs, and move-ready spaces. Cabinet interiors and appliance interiors may be add-ons.
Recurring is how often we clean, not the cleaning level. Choose Standard or Deep first, then choose weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom frequency.
Fresh Finish can discuss supplies during confirmation. If you have specific products, surfaces, allergies, or preferences, include that in your booking notes.
04

Home Prep

Before cleaning day.

No, but picking up loose clutter, laundry, toys, papers, dishes, and personal items helps us spend more time cleaning and less time moving things around.
Let Fresh Finish know about pets ahead of time. Secure pets if needed, especially if they are nervous, protective, likely to escape, or uncomfortable with cleaning equipment.
Include parking notes, gate codes, lockbox instructions, entry details, alarm notes, and any special access instructions when booking or during confirmation.
Yes. Priority notes are helpful. Tell us what matters most, such as bathrooms, kitchen, floors, pet hair, dust, baseboards, or move-out details.
05

Commercial & Contracts

Business cleaning questions.

Yes. Fresh Finish can review office, small business, salon, studio, retail, rental, and professional space cleaning requests.
Not exactly. Commercial pricing depends on square footage, restrooms, traffic, frequency, access, business hours, scope, and space type.
Commercial cleaning is for a business that needs cleaning service. Contracts are for repeat work, preferred vendor relationships, realtors, property managers, landlords, and ongoing accounts.
Yes. Realtors and property managers can request listing prep, move-out cleaning, rental turnovers, move-ready units, and repeat vendor cleaning support.
It depends on access, schedule, location, and account details. Include your preferred timing when submitting a commercial or contract request.
06

Policies

Expectations and service policies.

Contact Fresh Finish as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling expectations should be confirmed before the appointment, especially for larger jobs or recurring clients.
Please secure fragile, sentimental, or high-value items before cleaning. Let Fresh Finish know about delicate surfaces or items that should not be touched.
Photos should only be used with proper permission and without revealing private personal information. If photos are needed for documentation, Fresh Finish can discuss that during confirmation.
Submit your city or ZIP code anyway. Fresh Finish can confirm whether the location fits the current service area, route, schedule, job size, or contract opportunity.
Reach out as soon as possible with clear details and photos if helpful. Fresh Finish can review the concern and discuss the appropriate next step.
